Introducing the Official Grand Archive TCG Creator Program, appropriately dubbed the Grand Archive TCG Creator's Guild.

As Grand Archive TCG has grown, we continue to be humbled by the idea that many among you go above and beyond to create for the community and understand the path to creation requires just as much effort as those who choose to be competitive players or even judges.

We hope the Creator's Guild is the first step in leveling up our most passionate creators but also is used as a vehicle to incentivize those who are on edge and also wish to participate in the idea of creation.

With that, the requirements to be part of our initial batch of Creators aren't easy and as the program evolves, we will continue to tweak the tiers, benefits, and requirements needed to be part of the guild. We hope this serves as a foundation that we could improve on every season.

Creator's Guild Requirements

Applications for the Creator’s Guild are reviewed by the internal team. Applicants must be in good standing with Weebs of the Shore. All submissions are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and all decisions are final. The team reserves full discretion to deny any application.

For the first wave of applicants in a new season who apply within 21 days prior to the season’s start, notifications of acceptance or denial will be issued within 14 days of submission. For applications submitted after the release of the latest 1st Edition set, applicants will receive notice of acceptance or denial within 30 days. Applicants who are denied will not be eligible to reapply until the following season.

To begin the application process, note that you must apply as an individual. However, in your application, individuals may also attach themselves to an organization.

Individual = An individual creator
Organization = A collective group of creators

Having multiple creators apply under the same organization does not guarantee additional rewards, benefits, or a higher chance of acceptance. We recognize, however, that the role of a creator can vary, and your contributions within an organization may not always be visible. Acceptance is based on each applicant’s individual application and level of involvement in content creation. Applicants cannot receive duplicate benefits for participating both as a solo creator and as part of an organization. For an organization to receive multiple accepted members, each applicant must demonstrate significant, measurable growth and unique contribution.

Creators, at this time, can fall under 2 categories: Content Creators and Community Tinkerers.

Content Creators

The content creator category is for community members who create Grand Archive TCG content online, such as videos, livestreams, fan art, and more; across social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, and any other specified in their application. Please note that both the platform and type of content are taken into consideration.

Consideration and Eligibility Requirements

- Build and maintain a strong audience on your platform within the Grand Archive TCG community.
- Maintain strong community engagement reflected through likes, comments, and audience interaction.
- Produce high effort, primarily original content that reflects creativity, passion, and quality.
- Sustain a positive and professional record of community interaction.
- Create a minimum of 10 long form videos, 30 short form videos, or 10 livestreams each season.
- Demonstrate consistent metrics across all Grand Archive TCG content.
Average >1,000 views per long form video.
Average >10,000 views per short form video.
Average >35 live viewers per livestream and 2,000 views per livestream VOD.

Content directly sponsored by Weebs of the Shore does not contribute toward these metrics. Acceptance into the Creator’s Guild does not limit you to creating only Grand Archive TCG content. You may pursue sponsorships from any sponsor, including competitors, at your discretion.

Community Tinkerers

The Community Tinkerer category is designated for creators who develop tools utilized by members of the Grand Archive TCG community. Examples of such tools include applications, websites, and other functional resources.

Consideration and Eligibility Requirements

- The tool must be utilized by the Grand Archive TCG community.
- The tool must be innovative and demonstrate creativity, passion, and quality.
- The creator must show consistent development and maintenance of the tool each season.
- The creator must provide relevant performance metrics, including average users or viewers and other key indicators.

Strengthening your application

In your application, you are encouraged to provide comprehensive details and metrics, including average reach, viewership, engagement, scripts, creative processes, and any other relevant information.

Applicants are strongly advised to be thorough, as incomplete or insufficient applications may result in a cooldown period before reapplying.

Grand Archive TCG's Creator's Guild Application: Best of luck to all content creators applying!

FAQ (Please Read)

Q: How early do Creator's Guild members receive new sets?
A: Creators will likely receive sets the Monday of launch or within a window of time after the entire set has been revealed to the public.

We want to make it clear that creators will not receive information earlier than the public that could jeopardize the integrity of our Organized Play program.

Anyone who chooses to willingly accept early information (such examples include the starter deck reveal gameplay videos) will receive an official competitive ban of either 30 days up to a full season ban of 'up to the release of the next 1st edition set'.

Q: I am part of an organization where everyone contributes equally, is 1 person receiving perks unfair?
A: We understand many organizations will have other creators contributing and are factored in under the idea that all applications are looked at on a case by case basis.

However, we will make it clear that the requirements are rather difficult and even our largest creator channels today will only be able to receive 1 benefits package.

This does not mean everyone in the organization cannot receive the rewards, as the rewards and perks are given to creators on a PER SEASON basis which means most creators will receive a full playset of the CPR in a given year. Organizations can then distribute these accordingly to their members in a method that best suits them.

Q: I'm a massive creator with tons of influence, can I be invited to the program?
A: No. You must apply.

Q: When was this article last updated?
A: December 15th, 2025

Q: What are seasons?
A: The week of the first edition product release is considered the product season, and the week after release is considered the Omnidex season; together, they make up the general season. Each season begins when a set launches and ends the day before the next first edition set releases.

For example: The Distorted Reflection Season runs from July 25th, 12:00 AM CST to December 4th, 11:59 PM CST, and the Phantom Monarchs Season runs from December 5th, 12:00 AM CST to the day before the RDO release at 11:59 PM CST.

Q: When am I eligible to reapply?
A: Creators may submit one application per season. If an application is denied, the creator is not eligible to reapply during the current season but may submit a new application in the following season.
