Hello Grand Archive Community,
We're bringing you our second World Championships update for this month! We wish we could share everything with you all at once but internally, we're starting to shape and develop our competitive seasons. This also means defining what each category of event means from the local level all the way to Worlds.
For the World Championships, which are being hosted in Las Vegas, NV in May 2024 this will be the pinnacle of competition as well as a community celebration of all things Grand Archive.
We're pleased to soft announce Set 4 of Grand Archive TCG: Mercurial Heart! Those who attend Worlds will have the ability to purchase a ticket (at the cost of roughly 2 side event tickets) to our Set 4 World Premiere launch event party and be among the first in the world to crack open packs, and play with cards from the set with a room full of Grand Archive fans!
More details to follow, but keep in mind this Launch Event may be part of our list of late-night festivities–it is Las Vegas after all–during the event.
This will be a 3-day long slog fest of epic proportions and could feature more than 20 hours of gameplay content. But because this is the pinnacle of competition, we'll be on the hunt for the pinnacle of broadcast talent.
To apply: send an email to [email protected] with Subject Line: Worlds Commentator + [Your Name]. All applicants are required to have a demo reel demonstrating your ability to commentate Grand Archive TCG which should be attached or linked in the email. This can be prior tournament experience, or even VODs.
The absolute last day for submissions will be April 2nd, 2024–however, the earlier the better. All applicants will be reviewed fairly and because we don't have a set number of casters we're looking for, we reserve the right to lock slots in our talent pool before our final submission date. And any applicants are assumed to be fully available during the week of May 9-11th, 2024.
On-air talent for the event will be granted the highest tier ticket package, flight and accommodations; and access to any attendee, staff, and VIP after parties and festivities.

Path of Silver is our collector-centric tournament in which participants are scored based on the collection, and combination of set bonuses, they submit. This one will be much larger, as we intend to enable ALC (and maybe even some of the MRC cards…?).
For this one, we've taken in a lot of feedback and we plan to introduce tools to make your lives a bit easier. What these tools are, we will announce later.

World Championships Online Broadcast
Of course, we couldn't have a World Championships without a broadcast. The broadcast, which will be streamed on YouTube on the Official Grand Archive TCG Channel, will stream every single match of the World Finals: from the 16 of the best on Day 1 all the way down till a winner is crowned on Day 3.This will be a 3-day long slog fest of epic proportions and could feature more than 20 hours of gameplay content. Open Commentator Try-Outs
Open tryouts to become a caster (color or analyst) for the World Championships are open as of this article going LIVE. Path of Silver Returns
We were extremely pleased with the results of Path of Silver from Ascent Houston. We saw many collectors interacting, trading, and socializing. At the end of the day, our goals for Grand Archive are to bring members of the community together and Path of Silver did everything we hoped for and more.
