We’re introducing a new event format on Omnidex: Pantheon On-Demand, designed to highlight Pantheon’s social, flexible, multiplayer experience and let you play at your own pace while meeting new people!

With the premiere of Radiant Origins and the launch of the Pantheon format at Ascent Los Angeles, we’re introducing a brand‑new event type on Omnidex: Pantheon On‑Demand. This format is built to highlight the social, flexible, and multiplayer nature of Pantheon—letting you play at your own pace while meeting new people throughout the day.
How Pantheon On‑Demand Works
• Players may enter the queue to join a 4‑player Pantheon pod. Once matched, you’ll be assigned a table for your game.
• Groups of friends may also be pre‑assigned to a table, which can then be filled with queued players.
• The matchmaking system prioritizes pairing players who haven’t played together yet during that event.
• When you’re eliminated from a pod, you can immediately report your placement and jump right back into the queue, no need to wait for the rest of your table to finish.
What This Event Type Aims to Deliver
• Lower stress. Play whenever you want: whether that’s one pod or six or seven in a single day.
• Minimal downtime. If you’re knocked out early, you can hop right back in.
• More social play. Meet new people, mix tables, and enjoy the multiplayer spirit of Pantheon.
Rewards for Playing Pantheon at Ascents
Our reward philosophy for Pantheon at Ascents focuses on fun, community, and uplifting the player experience.
• When you have a great experience with a randomly paired player, you can commend them—making them eligible for additional rewards.
• While not debuting at Ascent Los Angeles, the Pantheon Battle Pass will arrive at future eligible Ascents. This pass rewards players for the time they spend playing Pantheon, offering Ascent Store tickets, Pantheon Packs, and a promotional card at completion. The promotional card and Pantheon Packs rotate once a year. The Battle Pass will cost two side event tickets.
• At Ascent Los Angeles specifically, the Battle Pass will not be active yet, but we will be distributing Pantheon Pack 1 (PP1) to players who spend a significant portion of their weekend playing Pantheon. No side event tickets required.
Pantheon Packs
• Each pack contains one randomized foil card that is legal exclusively in the Pantheon format.
• Packs also have a chance to include a CPR Pantheon Barrier card.
Join the Alpha Test at Ascent Los Angeles
Pantheon On‑Demand enters its alpha testing phase at Ascent Los Angeles. We’re excited to share this new way to experience Pantheon with you. Even if Ascent LA is sold out, you can still attend the event to join in on Pantheon On-Demand. See you at the tables!
