Mercurial Heart Season Rank Rewards Notice

To the Grand Archive community:

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Mercurial Heart competitive season! Since the conclusion of the Alchemical Revolution season, we've more than doubled our active player base and we're so incredibly touched by the community's continued support of the game.

We understand there have been a few hiccups and some frustrations along the way in regards to rank rewards but please know that we're making massive changes to our fulfillment processes in order to create a better experience for you and all those who come after.

Starting in Mercurial Heart, rank rewards will be fulfilled from within the region you compete in which should hopefully reduce the risk of rewards being lost, delayed, or damaged. Furthermore, rather than going out in waves, all MRC rank rewards have a target fulfillment month of November so all players should receive emails and tracking in the next few weeks.

However, we kindly ask that you also do your part and help us make this an easier process for everyone involved.

Rank Rewards Eligibility

In order for you to maintain your eligibility for OMNIDEX Seasonal Rank Rewards:

You must have a completed OMNIDEX Profile with your full name, full address, phone number, active email address, and postal code.
The appropriate amount of Champion Points (CP) to qualify for at least Bronze ranking. For MRC, it is 600CP.

If this is not done by October 25th at 11:59PM CST, you will automatically forfeit your Mercurial Heart Season Rank Rewards.

How to Check Your CP

To view your MRC CP, click on Leaderboards in Omnidex. Then, from the dropdown menu on the right side, change the current season to "Mercurial Heart," and your rank details will be listed at the top of the leaderboards.

Judge Program Rewards

Judge program promos for the MRC season will also be shipped with your rank rewards, if you qualified for them. If you did not achieve Bronze in the competitive season, you will only receive your allotment of Judge Promo Cards.

Revelfest Giveaway Winners

The winners of the Revelfest giveaway for the Tariff Ring promotional card will be selected following the lock-in date of October 25th. Winners will receive their promo cards with their MRC rank rewards.
