Event Kit Application Updates

With the continued success of Omnidex, we are now able to make adjustments to the Event Kit application system in order to make the process smoother and more consistent for stores worldwide.

Starting Friday, April 5th 2024 all Event Kit applications will be moved to a store’s Omnidex page under the Forms tab on the side. These applications will be available for one week after they go live. A new form will be available on the first Friday of each month after that, which stores will use to get their monthly resupply of Event Packs.

The following criteria are used to determine how many, if any, Event Kits a store may qualify for in a given month, up to a maximum of three:

Age of Omnidex account

- A store must have been registered on Omnidex for at least 30 days before being eligible for event kits.

Average quantity of events in a month

- Stores that host many events a month are more likely to be approved for a higher amount of event kits.

Average event attendance

- Stores that have many participants in every event are more likely to be approved for a higher amount of event kits.

Event Pack Kits

Each kit will contain 48 silver packs and 16 gold packs. Each kit is intended to support 4 events of 8 players each.

Although the event organizers may freely choose how to distribute the event packs in an event, we recommend in an 8-player event:

  • 1st: 2 Silver Packs, 3 Gold Packs
  • 2nd: 2 Silver Packs, 1 Gold Pack
  • 3rd to 4th: 2 Silver Packs
  • 5th to 8th: 1 Silver Pack

  • Event Pack Policy

Stores are NOT allowed to sell or open Event Packs until 1 year after the ending of the distribution period of that specific Event Pack. In addition, stores are NOT allowed to sell Event Pack exclusive cards as singles during that same period. This includes CSRs found in these Event Packs.

Event Packs are to be used exclusively for Grand Archive events. Using them for other promotional purposes is prohibited. This includes using them as a part of a bundle sale (e.g. "Buy one booster box, get an Event Pack").

An event where event packs will be distributed must be open to anyone that wants to participate, and must have at least four players. The event must be sufficiently advertised through the store's normal means of promotion (e.g. event schedule, billboard in store, social media posts, website calendar, etc.).

Stores breaking these policies may be blacklisted from receiving additional event support in the future.

If you know a store that is improperly handling the Event Packs, please report them at [email protected].
