We're announcing that Mortal Ambition (AMB) Alter Edition is now delayed from its initial launch window of September 2025 to later during the PTM season window in Q1 2026. While we believe the supply for this set is still healthy, we preemptively announced AMB Alter Edition on our 2025 events and circuit calendar, as seen below, and we wanted to take this moment to update our communities with the most accurate information.
Previously announced 2025 Grand Archive TCG Beats Calendar
For those of you who are newer to the Grand Archive TCG community, don't panic. Alter Editions are reprint versions of sets that are released once we determine supply to be an issue and the demand for cards far exceeds the initial print run of the 1st Edition version of the product. The delay of AMB Alter Edition does not signal potential production delays for upcoming 1st Edition sets such as Distorted Reflections (1E) and Set 8: PTM.
Distorted Reflections (1E) is still on track to release on July 25th, 2025, with PTM still confirmed for late Q4 2025. We're also confirming here that all other major dates announced above are also on track. We take the production and design of all our sets very seriously and want to assure everyone that should any of our products require a delay, we will announce this well in advance.
