Let's take a look back on our first Ascent in Europe in the beautiful Utrecht Netherlands!

As Ascent Utrecht concludes, let’s revisit the standout moments from an exciting weekend at our first premiere event in Europe!
Path of Steel
With a $10,000 prize pool and nearly 200 players from around the world competing for the Ascent Utrecht championship title and the stunning Gwendolyn, Spirit of Wind stamped prize card, competitors played through 9 Swiss rounds on Day 1, leading to the top 32 and grand finals on Day 2!

New to Grand Archive? No problem! The excitement carried on with beginner-friendly side events, including learn-to-play sessions and Starter Deck Tournaments, where winners earned silver event packs and Ascent Store tickets. Players could also join the "I Scrubbed Out of Steel Constructed" event, where participants won Event Packs, and the first-place champion claimed a Jumbo Jin, Fate Defiant CSR!
Closing Ceremony
As the weekend came to a close, we ended the event with a special closing ceremony, where Grand Archive’s Head of Organized Play delivered a keynote, revealing exciting insights into the future of the Grand Archive TCG!
